(Delivery Time) PAHKIN ship all purchasing worldwide from Thailand. Domestic order in Thailand requires 3-7 business days. International shipping order/900฿ requires 7-10 business days. We use Thailand Post service for domestic shipping. For international shipping order, we use DHL, FEDEX, and UPS according to customer’s request. Shipping time might be varied based on local services of each country, weather, and un-expectable situation. Service of Airmail or Express Mail Service require recipient’s signature, otherwise the parcel will be returned to customer’s local post office. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us as soon as possible.

Return Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY In case of used jewelry need to be polished or change size, this can’t be refund as full amount. Please kindly contact us for discussing further details. Customer will responsible for return shipping cost in case of altering as customer’s need. Also customer will responsible for shipping cost after altering. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return in its original condition, including gift boxes and velvet pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration.
