Your privacy is important to us, especially in this age of information. We collect only the information required to make an efficient international online transaction. This includes your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is processed via Rebelsmarket and we do not share your information with any other 3rd parties. We may use your email address to inform you of future products and sales and services which we believe may interest you. You are welcome to unsubscribe from future messages by replying to emails with the subject "remove me please". BLKglow does not use cookies, though rebelsmarket may.

Shipping Policy

Each item is made to order in our home studio. It takes us 3-5 business days to prepare each item before shipping. Shipping is $15 USD internationally for ECOPOST Express and you will be provided with a tracking number in order to track your package. Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive to most destinations. EMS expedited shipping is also available at an additional $20 USD, which takes 1-3 business days to arrive. If your order total is $100 or above, please use coupon code FREESHIPPING in the checkout cart to get free shipping. We are not responsible for any potential customs fees or delays.

Return Policy

I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase I don't accept returns But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) Items on sale Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund Policy

We do not accept cash refunds, except in the case of gross misrepresentation of the item on our part. Exchanges or store credit are welcome on any unworn items with tags still attached. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
