Shipping Policy

On RebelsMarket Top Shelf, we strive to ensure timely and affordable shipping. Our Top Shelf or “Premium” products are shipped directly from reliable manufacturers from all over the world. The shipping and processing timeframes may vary per-product and may change based on hand-made products, where they ship from, and where they are being shipped to. The estimated processing and delivery timeframes can be located under the Shipping and Reviews tab on all product pages. We have worked directly with these manufacturers to provide you with the best possible shipping rates on all Top Shelf products. Please Note: All orders are shipped in a timely fashion and will be delivered as quickly as possible. However, in rare cases, if the order is being shipped internationally there may be a delay of up to 30 days for customs inspections. We ask that you please allow 24 to 48 hours from the date you receive the tracking to allow the carrier to scan the shipment and for tracking to be updated with an anticipated delivery date.

Return Policy

When you make a purchase through RebelsMarket Top Shelf for our premium products, you are covered in the event that your order doesn’t go exactly as planned or if you aren’t satisfied. We accept returns on orders within 30 days of the initial delivery date. Any return that is requested after the 30-day timeframe will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For more information, please read our return policy below. Late Deliveries or Never Delivered Items: If your order arrives later than promised on the product page: You will receive a full refund of shipping costs if your order does not arrive within the promised delivery timeframe as listed. You can also set up a return for a full refund if the order is no longer needed after the promised delivery date. If your order is never delivered: We will initiate a trace with the carrier to locate the shipment to have it either re-delivered or returned back to the warehouse. (This process may take 1-4 business days, depending on the carrier) If the shipment cannot be located, a full refund or replacement will be issued. Please note: that if the order is being shipped out of country, you may experience customs delays that are not within RebelsMarket’s control. Some exceptions that do not qualify for a full refund are: *Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control. (I.e. the wrong shipping address was provided at checkout) *Your order did not arrive due to circumstances outside RebelsMarket's control. (I.e. customs delays, natural disasters, inclement weather impacting carrier delivery schedules.) *Other circumstances outside of the control of RebelsMarket. Returns and Exchanges: Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive the wrong item such as a size you didn’t order, a color you didn’t order, or a different item altogether, you will can return the item for a full refund or a replacement. *We do request images so that we can work directly with the manufacturer to get any listing errors fixed. Items Not as Described: You can opt to receive a full refund if the item is not as described. (I.e. you ordered a purple purse but received green, and the item is proven to be listed wrongly) Or you can opt to keep the item and receive a partial refund of the purchase price. If your item is not as described the return shipping cost will be covered. However, if you would like to keep the item as-is we will work out a fair partial-refund. *We do request images so that we can work directly with the manufacturer to get any listing errors fixed. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately to report the damage. For damaged items a full refund or replacement will be offered. *We do request images of all damaged packaging and items so that we can initiate a claim with the carrier. Defective Items: If your order arrives defective, contact us immediately to report the defect. (I.e. Items that do not hold up in the wash, break on the second use, poor seams, etc.) For defective items a full refund or replacement will be offered. *We do request images so that we can work directly with the manufacturer to get any listing errors fixed and quality reviewed. Buyer’s Remorse Returns: RebelsMarket will accept Buyer’s Remorse returns within 30 days on most Top Shelf products. However, we may refuse the return for buyer’s remorse reasons in the following situations: *Hand Made products or made to order products. *Personalized products. *Used items. *Items otherwise noted on the product page as ‘non-returnable’. For all Buyer’s Remorse returns, the item must be returned in new or unused condition with all tags and manufacturer's packaging intact. We will issue a refund for the product only on Buyer’s Remorse returns, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will not be refunded. Genuine Guarantee: All items on RebelsMarket are guaranteed to be genuine as listed in the product Description. In cases where a brand name is listed we guarantee that they will be genuine brand-name products. The genuine guarantee covers products that are: *Purchased on RebelsMarket and have been listed as a name-brand product in the product description. *The products are believed to be counterfeits or different from their product descriptions on RebelsMarket with reasonable suspicion we will have them removed. (Please advise that manufacturer packaging and tags can change from time to time, each tag may differ from the images displayed) If you feel that an item is counterfeit, please contact our Support Team at support@Rebelsmarket.com to report the suspicion. We will work with our sellers to resolve the situation and may offer a full refund, partial refund, or a replacement item based on the return policy above.
