Shipping Policy

Our production time is 2-3 weeks so please keep that in mind when ordering. All orders are sent via tracked shipping and a tracking number will be provided. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and are provided as a guideline only. Busy times of the year can also increase delivery times ( e.g Christmas period). On average delivery times are as follows: UK: 1 - 3 business days EUROPE: 7 business days - 4 weeks USA & CANADA: 14 business days - 5 weeks AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: 14 business days - 6 weeks REST OF THE WORLD: 14 business days - 6 weeks We do offer expedient shipping on some items to USA, Canada and Australia. Delivery times are 3-7 days for USA and Canada, 5-10 days for Australia.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchases but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We happily accept returns for an exchanges or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return and then return the item within 21 days. For international customers the return time can be extended due to shipping times. Tracked services are recommended for international returns. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Any customised items are NON REFUNDABLE. Requests to cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase as we may have started work on your order after that. Once we've cut an order ready for sewing we can't accept cancellations.

Refund Policy

For health and hygiene reasons knickers & panties are NON REFUNDABLE. Any customised items are NON REFUNDABLE. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed). Any item that has has clearly be worn, smells of washing detergent or damaged, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the item returned. Original delivery costs are NON REFUNDABLE.
