Shipping Policy

All items are made to order, on average, they are produced and shipped 3-10 business days after purchase depending of the item. Shipping varies per product and it depends on the shipping country and delivery country. - Please double check your address, your personal info and check the tracking to be sure to receive the package. When the order is shipped we cannot anymore change the address and orders from China will not return but it will be automatically destroyed by the shipping company. - If you put a wrong address and the order is already shipped you have to contact the shipping company when the package arrives in your country, we are not responsible of the additional cost the shipping company asks for the change of the shipping address. - If it is shipped from China and it is returned it will be automatically destroyed by the shipping company and we will not reship it or refund it, reprint and reshipping is up to the customer. - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible of the time the customs keep the package. - Order from China to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam and Alaska: Shipping time is 15-35 business days.

Return Policy

ALL PRODUCTS, SINCE THEY ARE MADE TO ORDER, ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED OR REPLACED. - Please be sure to choose the correct color, size, etc. as necessary to ensure you receive something just perfect for you. - Please double check your address, your personal info and check the tracking to be sure to receive the package.
