Shipping Policy

Currently we are based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and can ship worldwide. We use a standard postage rate for all jewellery items, although insurance and tracking can be added by request. Please note, if insured shipping is not requested upon purchase, we can not take responsibility for items lost by the postal service. We endeavour to dispatch all of our items within 48 hours, although it can take up to 3-4 business days. Please contact us if you would like definitive production and shipping times. Although we would expect items to arrive between 3-7 working days from dispatch depending on your location, please allow up to 30 business days, as occasionally items can be flagged for additional security checks on international postage.

Return Policy

We will exchange Ready to Ship items for store credit or alternative designs within 7 days of the receipt of the item. We cannot accept returns for Made to Order pieces or custom designs unless they are deemed as faulty.

Refund Policy

We will offer a replacement of goods or full refund (at the buyer's discretion) if they are deemed faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if there is a problem and we'll do our very best to rectify the situation.
