Shipping Policy

All items come gift wrapped, and ship via USPS, with tracking unless otherwise noted. Non-custom items ship within 1-2 business days. Custom items may take up to two weeks, depending on the time needed to create the item. Everything is handmade by me, and I always do my best to make sure things are finished and shipped in a timely manner. If you have a particular deadline (birthday, holiday, etc) please let me know at the outset, and I will do all I can to ensure that it arrives in time!

Return Policy

Each item is unique and handmade. Please look carefully at the photos, and ask any questions you may have prior to purchase. Custom and specially altered items are non-refundable. In the unfortunate even of loss or damage during shipping, please contact me immediately, and I will be happy to work with you to either repair, replace, or refund the item. I take pride in my work, and want you to be as happy with my art pieces as I am. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Refund Policy

Custom and specially altered items are non-refundable. All other items will be refunded after all other repair and/or replacement options have been exhausted. In the event that an item needs to be returned, it must be returned to me in unaltered condition. Upon receipt of the item, I will inspect it for damage, and issue your refund.
