What matters Traditional high-volume model The small-business approachRebels Market
Your first order Often optimized for larger production runs. Smaller runs are welcome. Minimums are set by product and design.
Starting with an idea Often works best with finished specifications and artwork. A logo, sketch, or reference photo is enough to start the conversation.
Making it yours Changes may mean additional setup and production requirements. We'll work through canvas, leather, pockets, straps, and branding options with you.
Pricing Unit pricing generally improves as volume increases. A clear project quote based on your quantity, materials, and design choices.
Room to grow A large first run can mean carrying more stock upfront. Start with a sensible run. Discuss reorders as your team grows.

This compares common high-volume manufacturing practices, not every factory. Minimums, pricing, design support, and lead times vary by supplier and project. We'll confirm what is feasible before you commit.

The customer experience we're designing for

What great partnerships should feel like.

What hospitality teams tell us.

  • Restaurant — New York, NY

“We wanted aprons that looked like they belonged in our restaurant, not something pulled from a generic uniform catalog. The ability to customize the details and order in smaller quantities is exactly what a growing restaurant needs.”
Michael R.Restaurant Owner · Brooklyn, New YorkSmall orders. A more personal touch.
  • Café — Austin, TX

“We had our logo and a few design ideas, but didn't know where to start with production. Having someone help us bring everything together, without requiring hundreds of pieces, makes a huge difference.”
Sarah M.Café Founder · Austin, TexasFrom an idea to a finished product.
  • Boutique Hotel — Miami, FL

“For us, the little details matter. From the aprons our bartenders wear to the accessories guests see at check-in, everything should feel connected to our brand. We wanted that consistency without dealing with multiple suppliers.”
Daniel C.Boutique Hotel Manager · Miami, FloridaOne consistent brand experience.
  • Restaurant — Chicago, IL

“Our kitchen team needs aprons that can handle long shifts, but we also care about how our staff looks in an open kitchen. Finding that balance between durability, comfort, and presentation was important to us.”
Anthony B.Executive Chef · Chicago, IllinoisMade for the shift. Designed for the space.
  • Hospitality Group — Los Angeles, CA

“We started with one location, so placing a massive order never made sense. What matters is being able to start small, maintain consistent quality, and reorder as we grow without starting the whole process over.”
Jessica L.Hospitality Operations Director · Los Angeles, CaliforniaStart small. Grow on your terms.

Frequently asked

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We offer smaller manufacturing runs than many traditional factories. The minimum depends on the item, materials, and customization. Tell us the quantity you're considering and we’ll confirm what's workable before quoting.

Where are your products made?

Every piece is designed in Woodside, California, then handcrafted by the specialist workshops we've partnered with for years in León, Mexico; Ubrique, Spain; and Lahore, Pakistan.

Can you help us design something from scratch?

Yes. Share a logo, sketch, reference photograph, or a description of your needs. We can help explore a suitable approach. Any design, sampling, or setup fees will be discussed as part of the quote.

Can we add our logo or match our brand colors?

Branding and material options can be discussed for each product. Embroidery, patches, and leather logo treatments may be options depending on construction and order quantity.

How do you price small orders?

Pricing is based on the actual product: quantity, materials, hardware, branding method, and development needs. We provide project-specific quotes rather than publishing unverified bulk prices.

Can we order several products for one location?

Yes, tell us which items should work together. We'll help you explore a coordinated set while confirming feasibility and order minimums for each item.

How long will our order take?

Timelines vary with complexity, approved specifications, sampling, and order size. We'll provide an estimated schedule before production is approved.
