How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account at RebelsMarket Order Tracking. Click on the order in question and select "Track Package" to view real-time updates.Ā
I havenāt received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder for an email from support@rebelsmarket.com If itās not there, contact us via email or text.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately at support@rebelsmarket.com or text us at +1-415-231-1068.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping (Free on most items): After production (about 10 business days for made-to-order items), delivery takes 3ā5 business days in the U.S. and 3ā10 business days internationally.

Priority Express (Optional): Delivered within 3ā5 business days for eligible products at an added cost.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on most items. Priority Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from both U.S. and international warehouses, depending on the brand and manufacturer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries around the world.
Why is my order shipped in multiple packages?
To get your items to you faster, we may split your order into multiple shipments from different warehouse locations.
ā± Cancellation, Sizing & Returns
Why donāt you accept change-of-mind returns?
Each pair is cut from full-grain leather and built by an artisan specifically for the customer who ordered it ā thereās no warehouse it can return to. We give you 24 hours to cancel before production starts, and our sizing concierge confirms fit with you so we get it right the first time.
What does your sizing concierge do?
Within a day of your order, a real person from our team contacts you to confirm your foot length, width, and any specific fit needs (high instep, bunion, orthotics, slightly roomy fit, etc.). This is included with every order at no extra cost. Theyāll also walk you through any custom color or material choices.
What if Iām not sure what size to order?
Order the size you think fits best (our chart runs true to US) and the concierge will confirm before we cut. Donāt order two sizes ā thereās no way to return one for change of mind on made-to-order pieces, and the concierge process exists exactly so you donāt have to guess.
š Made-to-Order Leather Products
Whatās the shipping policy for Made-to-Order items?
Made-to-order leather shoes are handcrafted and may take longer to arrive. Estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. These items are eligible for returns under our standard 30-day return policy.
š Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for quality defects or our errors (wrong size, miscustomization, damage). Because every piece is made to your order, change-of-mind returns arenāt eligible. You have 24 hours after purchase to cancel for any reason.
Do you offer exchanges?
No direct exchanges. Every pair is built to your measurements, so we work to get the fit right the first time. Our sizing concierge reaches out before production starts ā share any concerns then. If a fit issue is our error (wrong size, wrong measurements), weāll remake it at no cost.
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account at RebelsMarket Returns, find the order you wish to return, and follow the prompts.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1ā2 business days after your return is received and passes inspection. Some banks may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund.
Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Are there any return exceptions?
Yes. We do not accept returns on:

How do I know what size to order?

Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Many of our items come in extended sizes, including plus.

Do you offer payment plans or installment options?
Yes! Most of our products are eligible for installment payment options such as Shop Pay Installments or PayPal Pay Later, depending on your location and checkout preferences.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account is recommended for a smoother experience, including order tracking, faster checkout, and easy returns.
Do you offer rewards or points?
We currently do not offer a points or rewards programābut stay tuned!

How do I use a discount code?

Can I use more than one discount code?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
I forgot to use my codeācan it be applied later?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after your order has been placed.
