Confirm your fit
A fit designer reaches out to confirm your measurements with you, by text or email. It only takes a few minutes.

Make it yours
Send your customization details before production. Depending on the item, adjust the leather, color, fit, sole, heel, instep, lining, and more.

We make and ship it
Once your fit and details are confirmed, production takes about 10 business days. Shipping typically takes another 3–5 days.

The fit off-the-shelf never gets right.
Standard sizes are built for an average nobody actually is. If off-the-shelf gets close but never quite fits, we build to your measurements instead, around the details below.

We use full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather from Gold-certified tanneries. It softens with wear and develops character over time.

Fit assurance
A fit you can count on.
Your measurements are confirmed with you before anything is made, so you're never guessing. And if it's still not right when it arrives, we remake it, no charge.
1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Manufacturing and quality defects are covered for one year. If there is a covered defect, we will replace the item. Normal wear and misuse are not covered.
If it's not right, we remake it
If the fit is off, or your piece arrives damaged or not as ordered, tell us and we'll remake it, no charge. Keep it unworn and in its original packaging.
International shipping
We ship to around 90% of countries worldwide. A small number of destinations may not be available.
