What’s Covered

We offer a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on all leather goods. This covers:

• Loose or broken stitching

• Hardware defects (zippers, buckles, rivets)

• Craftsmanship issues that affect normal use

• Structural defects related to how the item was made

If any of these issues appear within one year of purchase, we’ll remake it or refund you, at no cost.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear from regular use

• Water, heat, or chemical damage

• Scratches, scuffs, stains, or patina development

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care

• Alterations or repairs done by non-authorized third parties

These are natural characteristics of leather or issues outside craftsmanship.

How to File a Claim

If you experience a craftsmanship issue:

1. Email support@rebelsmarket.com with your order number.

2. Attach clear photos or a short video of the issue.

3. We reply within 24 hours on business days and tell you the next step: a remake or a refund.
