Once your fit is confirmed, your item takes about 10 business days to make by hand, followed by 3–5 days for shipping.

Yes. We make shoes for both wider and narrower feet. Send us your measurements and we'll build your pair to your width and fit.

We highly recommend measuring. It takes about 5 minutes with our guided Get My Fit tool, and 99% of customers who submit their measurements get the right fit on the first try.
We build to your actual foot length and girth and can account for differences between your left and right foot. If you prefer to order by size, our shoes follow the standard US Brannock scale. You can still submit measurements after ordering so we can fine-tune your fit before production.

In many cases, yes. We work with needs such as bunions, high arches, flat feet, different-sized feet, unusual toe shapes, orthotics, and wider or narrower feet. Send us your measurements and a simple drawing of what you need, and our team will review it.

Yes. All of our shoes are resoleable, so they can be refreshed by a cobbler as the soles wear down.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can return it unworn and in its original packaging.
Because each item is built to the measurements you provide, we don't accept returns for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements. That's why we highly recommend using Get My Fit and confirming your measurements before we start making your item.

Yes. Every item comes with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing and quality defects. If there's a covered defect, we'll replace the item. Normal wear, accidental damage, and misuse aren't covered.
