After we receive and review your measurements and order details, your item is made in approximately 10 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping.

Yes. We make five widths: B (narrow), D (standard), 2E (wide), 3E (extra wide), and 4E (widest). Submit your measurements so we can account for your width and fit needs.

We highly recommend measuring. It takes about 5 minutes with our guided Get My Fit tool, and 99% of customers who submit their measurements get the right fit on the first try.
We build to your actual foot length and girth and can account for differences between your left and right foot. If you prefer to order by size, our shoes follow the standard US Brannock scale. You can still submit measurements after ordering so we can fine-tune your fit before production.

In many cases, yes. We work with needs such as bunions, high arches, flat feet, different-sized feet, unusual toe shapes, orthotics, and wider or narrower feet. Send us your measurements and a simple drawing of what you need, and our team will review it.

No. We don't keep finished items in stock. Each item is made after you order. Production begins after we receive and review your measurements and order details.

Yes. You can request changes to details such as the color, leather, heel, instep, and fit. Submit your requests with your measurements after ordering.

Yes. All of our shoes are resoleable, so they can be refreshed by a cobbler as the soles wear down.

Made-to-fit items are not eligible for a fit-related return when correctly made to the submitted measurements. If your item arrives damaged, defective, different from your confirmed order, or incorrectly made, we’ll offer a remake or refund and cover the related shipping.

Yes. Every item comes with a 1-year warranty for manufacturing and quality defects. If there's a covered defect, we'll replace the item. Normal wear, accidental damage, and misuse aren't covered.
