Shipping Policy

Shipping 3 days- 4 weeks+ Our merchandise is shipped from either California, USA or overseas. Please check the estimated shipping date before ordering. Some items my take up to 4+ weeks to arrive. We try our hardest to keep prices low for our customers and therefore this sometimes means it may take longer to arrive to you. If you need quicker shipping, contact me before you order, there may be a charge of $20-$40 depending on the item. Holiday shipping must be ordered at least one month prior to the holidays.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, you must contact me within 7 days on receiving your item. Buyer pays return shipping cost unless the item is defective upon arrival. Items with multiple sizes may have to pay return shipping to a foreign country. Items without sizes may have local return availability if you live within the United States. All items must be returned in perfect condition without any wear and with all tags and packaging. You may not return intimates or corsets. Refund Policy

Refunds are given when the item is returned within 7 days of arrival to you and returned in perfect condition in original packaging. Full refund is given less the shipping cost. Many of our items are free shipping so you may receive the entire refund on your item, unless there was additional shipping. You must pay return shipping back to us unless there was a issue with the item being defective.
