Shipping Policy

Our shipping department is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 days after payment is received. Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Your order may arrive in two or more packages. Please note that those items which are hand made for you, by the artist, at the time of the order, will require a longer shipping time. In order to help expedite shipping times, some items are sent straight to you from the artist or manufacturer. We make every effort to only list merchandise that is in stock and available to be shipped immediately. However, we are a small company that also operates a local boutique and a website and it is possible for an item to sell out at one of these other locations before we can make the updates. If you do order an out of stock item, we will let you know ASAP and will refund your purchase price right away. CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do ship internationally, however international orders require a longer processing time. We ship all international packages via USPS Priority Mai. PLEASE BE AWARE that we are not responsible for the package once it leaves the USA and is turned over to the Customs department in your country. If for some reason, it is held up, lost or confiscated by Customs in your country, we are not responsible for that. Any and all fees or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility and not paid or covered by us in any way.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns with some exceptions (see below). We have very strict guidelines for returns. Please read carefully. 1. you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of your package. 2. All packaging or tags must be attached or intact. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the orginal tags ATTACHED. 3. We must receive your package no later than 15 days from the time you contact us. (This timeline is extended for the holiday season to Jan 15th for items purchased in the month of December.) 4. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you would like to exchange an item from your order for something else or another size, we will ship your new package to you free of charge. 5. If you need to return an item, please contact us for the address to send your package to and so we are aware it is coming. Please include your name, address and order number. We suggest sending returns via insured mail. Both UPS and FedEx include insurance with their standard shipping. USPS Priority Mail is another fine option, but doesn't automatically include insurance. We can hope that all packages make it back to us without trouble, but please know that we can't take responsibility if uninsured packages are lost in transit. 6. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic or perfume item. CORSET RETURNS We will only accept corset returns under the following conditions. Corset returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue refunds on corsets. Fashion corsets feature poly boning. They are lighter and more comfortable than steel boned corsets and offer light waist reduction. Fashion boned corsets will not hold up to attempts of extreme waist reduction. We do not accept any returns for fashion corsets whose bones have been bent or damaged by attempted tight lacing. When returning a corset, please tie up the back and do not bend to fit into a box. USPS provides a flat rate priority shipping box for free that corsets can fit in lying flat. We will not issue a refund for corsets that have been damaged or have bent boning from being squashed into a too-small box.
