Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Items must be in new, unused condition, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
2. Returns accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.
3. Report damaged items immediately upon receipt for a full refund or replacement. Provide images of damaged packaging and items.
4. For incorrectly received items (wrong size, color, or item), return for a full refund or replacement.
Exceptions:
1. Items marked “non-returnable.”
2. Custom-made products based on customer-provided designs or specifications, including handmade or personalized items, as they are crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold.
3. Made-to-order items listed in our catalog can be returned under our standard return policy, ensuring your comfort and confidence when ordering.
4. Orders with incorrect address/shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Orders not received due to external factors outside RebelsMarket's control (e.g., customs, natural disasters).
Refunds:
1. Refunds processed upon return items passing quality inspection.
2. Original shipping costs non-refundable, except in cases of RebelsMarket error.
3. Refunds issued to original payment method only.
4. Allow 5-10 business days for refunds, up to 30 days in some cases, depending on the financial institution.
Additional Notes:
Customers bear return shipping costs unless due to RebelsMarket error.
International return costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
