Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide using Polish Post - economy shipment (letter) which is quite cheap (4.80 USD) and takes about 1 week in Europe and up to 3 weeks for other destinations.

Return Policy

The Consumer has 14 days for information to us, that he wants to return his purchase: - in writing on the address: 4lck Sp. z o.o., Poland, Majdan (05-462), Krajobrazowa 8 Street; - or via e-mail to the following address: 4lck@4lck.com. During a dialog Consumer and 4LCK will agree next steps about the claim - possible solutions: refund, exchange of the product, other agreed solution.

Refund Policy

If Consumer returns the product, 4LCK will make refund not later than 7 days after receiving product. If there is a product quality reason to return the product, the cost of shipment will be covered by 4LCK. The Consumer is responsible for eventual reduction in value of the Product which result from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
