Shipping Policy

To keep your cost down I will ship first class USPS to both the USA (tracking included) and International customers. Upgrades to priority mail are possible in the USA. Please understand that I am not responsible for customs charges and it's up to you to familiarize yourself with your countries customs procedures and costs.

Return Policy

There are No Refunds on custom made items. I expect us to communicate what's needed to get the size,etc that you order correct. If you wish to return a non custom made item you may do so within 14 days of receiving the item. I will work with you on exchanges when that is possible for non custom items.

Refund Policy

There are No Refunds on custom made items. Refunds are possible within 7 days on a non custom item. I do want happy customers, so I encourage communication.
