Shipping Policy

Within the US we ship priority mail and all packages are insured with a tracking number. International orders are shipped First Class Mail. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred for international shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping cost! We are not responsible for items that are stolen or lost after their delivery. We cannot reroute a package once it has been shipped. If the purchaser provides an incorrect address additional charges will apply to have the item re shipped to a new address. If an item is returned by the post office as Undeliverable, No such Address, or No Place to Leave Package, then we will contact the purchaser. Additional shipping fees will apply to re ship the package.

Return Policy

We only accept returns for items damaged in shipping! We do not accept returns for items that are the wrong size or any other reason. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The measurements of each item are listed in detail in the items description. Please read these measurements before purchasing.

Refund Policy

If an item is damaged in shipping then the buyer must let us know within 3 days of receiving the item. We will email the buyer a return shipping label. When the item is returned we will refund the purchaser.
