Shipping Policy

All orders received by 2:00pm Monday - Friday ship the same day. All items are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. All Orders Are Sent Tracked & Signed For. UK orders are shipped 2nd class Signed For Free In The UK (Including Channel Islands) or customer can pay for 1st class if preferred.

Return Policy

We very much value your custom and are committed to excellent customer service. If you are not happy or there is a problem with your purchase we will be happy to exchange your item or offer a full refund providing you return the item in it’s original condition within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings or pierced body jewellery unless they are faulty.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the returned item(s) and will be the same method used as the original payment.
